Terms and conditions

1. SELLER INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between:

and any individual purchasing products through the website www.maheyni.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

2. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the website and the contractual relationship between MAHEYNI and the Customer.

By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale include lingerie and accessories.

The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page.

Product photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, an exact match cannot be guaranteed, particularly with regard to colours.

Products are offered for sale subject to availability and while stocks last.

4. PRICES

All prices are quoted in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges.

Delivery charges are specified before the Customer confirms the order.

The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. ORDERS

The ordering process consists of the following steps:

  • Selecting the products

  • Reviewing and confirming the shopping cart

  • Entering the Customer’s details

  • Accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • Completing payment

The sale shall be deemed final once an order confirmation has been sent by email.

MAHEYNI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or a dispute.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Banking details are not stored by MAHEYNI.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 5 to 10 business days.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

If the Customer provides an incorrect delivery address or fails to collect the parcel, an additional delivery charge may apply for a subsequent delivery.

MAHEYNI shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or resulting from circumstances of force majeure.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Returned with their original tags intact

Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused for return, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All return requests must be submitted by email to: hello@maheyni.com.

Once the return has been approved, the Customer must return the product in accordance with the instructions provided by MAHEYNI.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, subject to applicable statutory requirements.

10. RETENTION OF TITLE

The products shall remain the property of MAHEYNI until payment has been received in full.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION

MAHEYNI reserves the right to verify orders and refuse any transaction deemed suspicious.

In the event of a dispute or suspected fraud, including repeated claims of non-receipt of parcels, MAHEYNI may conduct an investigation.

12. LIABILITY

MAHEYNI shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of its products, subject to any mandatory legal obligations and statutory consumer rights.

13. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

15. CONSUMER MEDIATION

The Customer may refer a dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

16. AMENDMENTS

MAHEYNI reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The version applicable to an order shall be the version in force when the order is placed.
