Our products are available on the e-shop and we are working to find physical distributors in France, so that you can discover Maheyni differently.

- Colissimo home delivery: €4.99 and free from €200 of purchase
- In Europe, Switzerland and United Kingdom (see the full list below) :
- Home delivery: €15 and free from €250 of purchase

- Home delivery: €17 and free from €250 of purchase
- Packages sent via Colissimo in mainland France are delivered within 2 working days.
- Parcels sent via Colissimo in the French Overseas Territories are delivered within 7 working days.
- Packages sent via Colissimo in Europe are delivered within 7 working days.
My package has been returned to the sender, what should I do?
If your order has been returned to the sender, do not hesitate to write to us and we can find a solution.
How to track my order ?

What are the exchange and return conditions for my Maheyni order?
- You have 15 days from receipt of your package to withdraw. This return will be at your expense.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label intact. Neither damaged, nor worn, nor washed.
- You can request an exchange with another size. Otherwise the refund will be made within 10 working days from receipt of the package according to the payment method chosen.
- You will be notified of the refund by sending an email.
My part has a defect, what should I do?
We apologize if the product presents a defect despite all our quality controls. We invite you to contact customer service at Hello@maheyni.com. Don't forget to attach photos of your defective part to your message, this will help us offer you the best solution.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link allowing you to track your package.
